The KALAH COMBAT SYSTEM is a self defence and combat system develop by Idan Abolnik,
a former IDF combative soldier in one of the most highly-trained units known as the GOLANI WARRIORS.
The system focuses on real world self-defence and combative scenarios. KALAH emphasizes mental and
physical preparedness as well as the ability to respond to threats quickly and effectively. It is a challenging and demanding system but it can provide you with the skills and confidence you need to protect yourself and your loved ones in a dangerous situation.

Many elite units such Israeli Special Forces, UK Special Police, Peru Special Forces, and more integrate the
KALAH SYSTEM into their training program.​​

GOLANI WARRIORS
The Golani Warriors is an elite infantry brigade of the Israeli Defence Force.
Known for its highly-trained soldiers, aggressive fighting spirit, and participation in major conflicts and operations, training to be a part of the Golani Brigade is rigorous, as is its role in many of Israel's significant military operations.
Idan has been involved in high-intensity combat situations, especially on the front line during key conflicts.
